Hello again,
I wake up at 6:32 am in a Saturday morning, now enjoying my morning tea with honey accompanied by a beautiful crusty outside and soft inside croissant.
I have today proven that sleep early will enable you to wake up early. I will normally still be sleeping like a baby at this hour. Enjoying it very much actually. These few days has been very good for me. Healthy lifestyle I supposed, sleeping early, wake up early. They both kind of go hand in hand. Sleeping early will enable you to wake up early and wake up early will force you to sleep early cause you feel very sleepy at very early. For me arround 11pm ish.
Yesterday morning I can still see the moon on my way to work, it was probably arround 6:45am. And this is not the faded moon, It was like the moon that you see at early evening. The sky was still quite dark, with sun starting to rise.
So here I am discussing a very common sense for perhaps everybody. See sometimes you only understand when you do it.
